Rule 37
Arrangements deemed to be overdue for payment
(1) The period of time given in accordance with the decision passed by the committee to notify the payment deadline shall be considered as the payment deadline.
(2) At least 14 days prior to the date of the payment deadline, the time, place and the person to whom the payment is to be made, all disclosures must be sent.
